Getting started with Early Access
PratikYedek is currently in its Early Access phase. Early Access is the last stage before public launch; we are testing real-world workflows with a limited number of users.
Early Access ≠ free trial ≠ pilot project. It is 30 days of free use of the full product; no credit card required.
Who can apply for Early Access?
- Tax Advisor / CPA — for their own office and for their taxpayers.
- SME / business owner — for daily working files of the company.
- Individuals — for personal digital files and phone backup.
- Corporate IT manager — pilot deployment for their team.
Lawyers, doctors, architects, pharmacists, e-commerce, agencies, manufacturers and educational institutions can also apply; see the Sectors section for industry-specific use cases.
Application process
1. Form
Fill in the application form at pratikyedek.com/en/ucretsiz-dene.
Form fields:
- Name, email, phone (TR format — for SMS verification)
- Account type: Individual / Family / Tax Advisor / SME / Corporate
- Company name (for corporate)
- Estimated taxpayer count (for Tax Advisor)
- KVKK privacy notice + explicit consent confirmations
SMS verification: A 6-digit code is sent to your phone when the form is submitted. Enter this code to complete the application. The same phone number receives at most 1 code per minute, 5 per hour.
2. Waiting
You receive a response within 1-2 business days after your application is received. The approval email contains your Early Access invitation code and login link.
Welcome email: An automatic welcome email is sent the moment the application succeeds — this confirms the process has started. The actual invitation code arrives after admin approval.
3. Account activation
The link in the invitation email takes you to the account creation page. Here you:
- Set your master password (end-to-end encryption key)
- Set up 2FA (TOTP) — recommended
- Fill in additional fields based on your account type
Master password warning: This password is not stored by us — if lost, your backups cannot be decrypted. Keep it in a password manager.

Limitations during the 30 days
- No credit card required — no automatic charge at the end.
- No iOS app — Android only (Apple Developer approval at end of Phase 6).
- No white-label / API tier — public API is not exposed during Early Access.
- No SLA guarantee — Early Access is for evaluation; we respond to issues as quickly as possible.
- Data portability — at the end of Early Access you can export your data via ZIP or BYOS with a single click.
What happens after 30 days?
If you continue
You get a reminder email 7 days before Early Access ends. To continue:
- Panel → Billing → Plan selection
- Monthly / annual choice (17% discount on annual)
- Payment: PaynKolay (card) — KVKK § 4 + PCI-DSS compliant sandbox
Early Access incentive: 50% discount on the first 6 months after Early Access. No annual commitment required — the discount applies to monthly plans too.
If you discontinue
- After 30 days, the account switches to read-only (no new backups, existing backups remain accessible)
- After another 30 days (60 total), the account is archived (backups not accessible but not deleted)
- After 90 days, the account is fully deleted (KVKK § 7)
- At any point during this period you can trigger permanent deletion via Panel → Delete account
Feedback
The most valuable part of Early Access is your feedback. Three channels:

Each piece of feedback is answered within 48 hours; we report the position of any feature on our queue.
FAQ
Q: Does the price change after Early Access? The listed prices apply after 30 days; a 50% discount runs for 6 months. Early Access users get price locked for 12 months — any future increase will not apply to you.
Q: Is my data in Turkey? Yes — all hosted storage is on a VDS within Turkish borders. If you enable BYOS (Google Drive / OneDrive) the cross-border transfer is your explicit consent. Details: Data residency.
Q: How many people are in Early Access now? We keep it intentionally limited (~50 active accounts) so every piece of feedback is tracked by the team.
Q: Should I wait if the capacity is full? The form is always open; we respond as new slots open during admin approval.
