Which plan should I choose?

Note: Plans are denominated in Turkish Lira (TRY). Foreign-currency billing is not available; an EUR/USD invoicing option is on the Phase 5 roadmap.

Where is my data stored?

Within Türkiye. All primary data — backup files, account info, audit log — is hosted on a VDS located in Türkiye. International transfer is limited to:

  • Google FCM — push notification token only (no PII).
  • BYOS Drive / OneDrive — only if you explicitly choose to back up to your own external storage, and only for individual users. BYOS is forbidden in the CPA/Enterprise tier by design.

What if I forget my password?

  • Account password: you can reset it through the magic-link email flow at /en/login.
  • Encryption key passphrase: not recoverable (zero-knowledge architecture). You must store your recovery key offline (printable PDF generated during setup) or in a password manager. Without the passphrase, encrypted backups cannot be restored — by design.

What is the Early Access programme?

A limited cohort of Turkish CPAs and SMBs runs the platform free of charge for a 30-day live trial. General signups will open in waves. Early Access participants get 50% off for the first 6 months after the trial.

Is there an English-language interface?

Yes — the web panel, desktop app and mobile app all ship with TR + EN translations. The help centre is being expanded into EN during F4.2 Sprint 6 → F4.5; until then, the Mobile app, Getting Started and Tax advisor sections are available in English. For other topics, refer to the Turkish docs.

Where do I report bugs or request features?

  • Bug reports: support@pratikyedek.com (include version + reproduction steps)
  • Feature requests: Use the ? → Send feedback menu inside the app
  • Security issues: security@pratikyedek.com (PGP key on the public website; please do not open public GitHub issues for security)

Is there a public roadmap?

A high-level roadmap is published at /en/roadmap (Phase 4 + Phase 5). Individual ticket-level tracking is internal during Early Access; we may open a public board after public launch.
