Billing
Which payment methods are accepted?
- PaynKolay (default) — credit / debit card, instalments
- iyzico (alternative) — credit / debit card
- PayTR (alternative) — credit card
All providers are PCI-DSS compliant; PratikYedek never stores your card information.
International (non-Turkish) card BIN acceptance is limited by the acquirer; if your card is rejected, contact support@pratikyedek.com for a manual invoice (bank transfer in TRY).

How long does the 50% Early Access discount last?
Early Access users (the 30-day free trial cohort) automatically get 50% off for the first 6 months after the trial ends. The discount applies to both monthly and annual billing.
Auto-renewal
Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period. You can disable auto-renewal from Settings → Billing → Auto-renewal. If auto-renewal is disabled, your account moves to read-only mode for 30 days, after which deletion follows the standard KVKK § 7 process.
Refund rights (B2C — individual users)
For individual (B2C) consumers in Türkiye, the 14-day right of withdrawal under TKHK Art. 48 applies. See: Refund & Cancellation Policy.
For B2B (CPA + Enterprise tiers) there is no statutory right of withdrawal — commercial contracts under TTK. Custom refund terms may be negotiated at contract signature.
Invoices
- e-Archive invoice is issued within 7 days of payment.
- Foriba submits the invoice to GİB (Turkish Revenue Administration) automatically.
- PDF is emailed to your registered address.
- Full history is available under My account → Invoices.
Invoices are issued only in Turkish (legal requirement). An EN translation summary can be requested via support@pratikyedek.com for internal accounting use.
Tax
- VAT (KDV) 20% is included in all displayed prices.
- For CPA-tier customers, the subscription qualifies as a deductible business expense (please confirm with your own accountant).
- Withholding tax (stopaj) is not applicable as we are a domestic service provider for domestic customers.
Currency
All pricing is in Turkish Lira (TRY). Foreign-currency billing (EUR / USD) is on the Phase 5 roadmap; until then, customers paying from abroad should use a Türkiye-issued card or a TRY bank account.
Plan changes (upgrade / downgrade)
- Upgrade: takes effect immediately; you are charged the prorated difference for the remainder of the billing period.
- Downgrade: scheduled at the end of the current billing period to avoid mid-cycle data-quota issues (KVKK § 11/e — your right to clear plan transitions).
If the downgrade would put you below your current storage usage, the system shows a warning and offers to delete the oldest snapshots first (with explicit confirmation). Deletion is reversible during the 30-day cooldown.
Cancellation
Cancel anytime from Settings → Billing → Cancel subscription. Cancellation moves the account to read-only at the end of the current period; full account deletion follows the 3-step wizard (see KVKK § 7 cooldown).
