Mobile installation — Android (APK internal track)

In its first distribution round the PratikYedek mobile app is delivered through the Google Play internal track or directly as a signed APK. Public Play Store distribution will be considered in F4.2 Sprint 6.

1. Download the APK

Early Access users receive a signed APK link via email. The link looks like https://pratikyedek.com/dl/mobile/v0.1.1.apk and is valid for 7 days.

Security: The APK SHA-256 hash is included in the same email. After downloading, verify with sha256sum pratikyedek.apk and compare against the email value.

2. Unknown source permission

On Android 8.0+ the "unknown sources" permission must be granted per app before installation.

1. Settings → Apps → Chrome (or whichever browser you downloaded with)
2. Advanced → Install unknown apps
3. Enable Allow from this source

You can revoke this permission once installation is complete.

3. First launch

On first launch the app will:

1. Show the master password modal (AuthBootstrap) — the same password as the desktop
2. Offer biometric unlock — if accepted, the password is wrapped inside the Android Keystore (TEE)
3. Register the push token — required to receive approval notifications

4. Verification

• Does the dashboard show the "Active jobs" and "Success rate (7d)" KPIs?
• Does the Jobs tab list the jobs you configured on desktop?
• Does Account → Devices show this device with a badge?
